our mission is straight forward: to enhance customer success capabilities for our customers that retain more revenue and expand existing relationships at scale. customer retention and expansion are difficult enough to achieve, but to do it at scale is a fundamentally different challenge! we do this in two ways: 1) the predictive customer behavior index™ assessment is powered by over 175 standards and 200+ question interviews. the process was developed for existing companies with customer success functions that need to scale and improve customer outcomes while increasing the number of customers that can be successfully managed by their csms. it is ideal to shorten the learning curve for experienced cs leaders taking over a new operation with limited documentation, or provide a framework for leaders new to customer success. it also assists companies who have grown customers by an order of magnitude or more and whose old processes are showing significant stress under the new load.
