the international outreach for human-centric approach to artificial intelligence project (intouchai.eu) is a foreign policy instrumental project to support of the european commission engaging with international partners on regulatory and ethical matters and promote the responsible development of trustworthy ai at global level. intouchai.eu has been launched on the initiative of the european commission’s service for foreign policy instruments (fpi), the directorate general for communications networks, content and technology (dg connect), in collaboration with the european external action services (eeas). the specific objectives of the project are to support the european commission to: - develop responsible leadership in global discussions around ai; - create the conditions for the uptake of policies and good practices and standards that ensure an appropriate ethical and legal framework on ai; - improve public awareness of the challenges and opportunities associated with ai. throug
