Inversion Yoga

we are a yoga studio with two rooms and a boutique offering 65 plus classes a week in hot yoga, vinyasa, power, aerial, kundalini, ashtanga, basics, prenatal, youth, kids, and more. we seek to connect and to support you on your wellness path. we are a community of people who love to sweat, breath deep, and enjoy reaping the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits that come from determination, focus, and hard work. while our yoga classes will certainly challenge your physical body, our teachings are not limited to the physical realm. we aim to inspire transformation in our personal practice, in our lives and in our community. your health and your wellness is our priority.
