we are real estate investors who buy houses in the phoenix area. our services help people get out of their homes for many different reasons. this includes divorce, back taxes, loss of income, probate & estate sales among many other situations. here at investagive we take it another step further. we rehab the properties and list them for sale which is also known as a "fix and flip". this helps the area to maintain or many times increase in value. the new home owners are always excited to call one of our homes their own. after this process has been complete we receive a profit due to our hard work. 15% of that profit is given to our local church as a tithe and offering. this helps support church events for the community and many missionaries in various places and countries. it provides churches, shelters, buildings, materials, and many other necessities of life the less fortunate do not have or can not afford. our giving back doesn't stop their though. we know how much hard work goes int
