take the stress out of healthy living! invested health was created with you in mind. my life has not been easy to remain active and healthy. as a mother of four busy boys, i've learned important habits to develop a healthy and sustainable lifestyle! my passion for overall health has led me to become a certified personal trainer and nutritionist but my focus and priority has never been on looking perfect. every body is different, and with that everyone will have different goals surrounding their health. my goal is to provide a listening ear, educate with factual information, motivate and provide accountability to all who wish to improve their health.
