invest home pro is a residential real estate investment, construction & education company. invest home pro specializes in investment property construction & consulting services and provides the simplicity and convenience of working with one company for all of your residential investment needs. invest home pro began as a residential real estate investment company by brant phillips in 2007. brant specialized in buying and rehabbing properties to either rent or flip. but a few unexpected things happened along the way. first, he discovered a new business passion. that ‘passion’ of course was renovating neglected and dirty old homes into the newly renovated and ready for market homes that you’ve seen in many of our videos. second, he soon found that as much as enjoyed pursuing his own real estate investments, he also enjoyed working with other investors and began to provide consulting and coaching services for their projects. acting as a single source, invest home pro integrates our exp
