for over 10 years investphil realty founder have been in the business of real estate sales and marketing. he started in 2005 as a practitioner of general brokerage focused in island, beachfront and raw land properties in location of palawan, bicol region, western visayas specially boracay and province of guimaras. it is where he learned the trade of real estate via niche market strategy and by doing it online. in november of 2013, we started working with 8990 holdings for its cavite project with some of the members of the board of the company. after several months of selling deca homes, the team became bigger and bigger and the sales volume increases. we have been awarded on a consistent basis as one of the top sellers of 8990 in branches that we are running our sales team. in january of 2015, investphil realty and development corporation was formally established. during those time our sales force was already at 100 active sellers (focused and loyal) and we have 10 tripping vehicles. t
