invicta synergy partners with certified yoga instructors, breath-work specialists, guided meditation facilitators, and a variety of other health & wellness professionals in an effort to provide you a holistic approach in developing healthy lifestyle practices for your mind, body, and soul. hi, my name is autumn and i am the founder of invicta synergy. i started invicta synergy in january of 2022 because i wanted to create a business model that could holistically and safely engage prospective clients with healthier lifestyle practices, despite their often busy schedules. i have spent the last four years of my college career learning about various ways to do this for myself, and i have found solace in regularly practicing many different avenues to identify my optimal path of health and wellness. breath-work, yoga, guided meditation, outdoor activities, and a sense of connection with supportive communities has positively impacted me in so many ways. there were always a few barriers tha
