international organization for south-south cooperation (iossc) sustainable development africa investment fund (in full) is the africa-focused arm of iossc mandated by south-south steering committee for sustainable development (ss-scsd) to serve as the financing and investment instrument for africa. investment sectors should bring impact on the development of african countries in value creation, capacity building, employment, social and environmental improvements. sectors of interest includes mining, energy, agriculture, water, real estates, tourism, health, ict, housing and logistics.
