iowa cold cases is the state's first and foremost compendium of statewide unsolved murders and persons who went missing under suspicious circumstances. we provide case summaries for each victim, encourage those with information to contact the investigating agency and serve as a liaison between victims' family members, tipsters, and local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. iowa cold cases has partnered with nbc affiliate who-tv channel 13 in des moines and the iowa newspaper association in efforts to bring more public awareness to these unsolved crimes with hopes that somebody, somewhere, who knows something will come forward and provide the missing puzzle pieces needed to close these cases and allow family members to see justice served in his or her loved one's death. the iowa cold cases website (originally at iowacoldcases.com) launched in december 2005, and incorporated as an iowa nonprofit in april 2010, at which time we transitioned to iowacoldcases.org. iowa currently ha
