ipa consultancy is the trading name of ian-paul ashworth. i strive to provide high-quality and affordable services to suit every budget. i have worked in and around the voluntary sector for more than 15 years. i am familiar with a range of quality assurance systems, was a licensed pqasso mentor for six years, and have advised charities both on achieving quality assurance kitemarks and developing them. i am also experienced in project evaluation, the development of policies and procedures, good governance standards and event facilitation. i understand the issues facing frontline voluntary and community organisations: until november 2012 i was chair of a sheffield-based charity and i have previously served as a trustee for other organisations.
