i̇pekay was founded in the capital city nicosia in 1991. our 30 years of journey in distribution and marketing has led us to the continuous improvement of our organization and infrastructure. 120 employees work for the success and for the vision of i̇pekay. every employee has a well-defined job description and responsibilities based on a thorough mapping of needs and an effective organizational structure. our company invests in its human resources and relies on highly qualified staff in key positions to this end i̇pekay places great emphasis on leadership and human resources strategies. our distribution network reaches to almost 2000 sales points in northern cyprus which corresponds to more than %95 of the potential market. i̇pekay has a strong financial structure and runs its business solely with the its paid capital. we rarely use non-cash loans. our board of directors is all shareholders and at the same time up to 3rd generation actively working in the company.
