my wife brought her apple watch here to have the screen repaired. they told her it would be $170 to fix it and would be done in a day or two. after waiting a week she decided to call and check to see if it was done, at that time they told her they hadn't even touched it and it would be at least another 2 days before it would be done. when she checked back 2 days later they told her that the accidentally broke the watch and had to send it to kansas city to be repaired. they told her it would be at least another week before she could get it back. another week passed and she had to call them again to get a status report, this time they told her that the place in kc was unable to fix it and all the would be willing to do it give her $100 for breaking her watch. they were disrespectful all through the process and never once called her to follow up on the status of her repair. i would not ever recommend anyone go to these guys. there are far better options in northwest arkansas!
