the international property securities exchange (ipsx) will operate the world’s first regulated stock exchange dedicated to commercial property, providing a public stock market solely for the admission and trading of shares in companies owning and managing commercial property assets. ipsx will provide asset owners, both investors and owner occupiers, the ability to partially release capital value in a single asset whilst retaining the ability to have control. ipsx will provide investors access to the commercial property asset class by providing a proxy to direct ownership. ipsx will allow investors to buy and sell shares in listed single asset commercial property companies providing yield in a tax efficient security (isa, sipp). ipsx is currently seeking authorisation as a recognised investment exchange (rie) from the financial conduct authority (fca). for more information visit ipsx.com
