because lacrosse has been such a major part of our lives for the past decade, iq lacrosse is committed to giving back to the future of lacrosse through elite training services, film analysis, and skill camps that are always affordably priced. our training services, skill camps, and film analysis sessions are centered around teaching players how to analyze the playing field in front of them, adapt to situations on the fly, and achieve the best outcome through playing intelligently. players can expect to train their "lacrosse iq" through numerous drills exercising teamwork, ball movement, dodging, stick skills, shooting, and agility/footwork. the iq lacrosse team consists of trainers who have all played at division 1 collegiate level or higher with over 10 years of field experience. whether in a private session, group session, or at our skills camp, we are dedicated to providing all players with the 1 on 1 attention they deserve.
