iqc southwest is a client focused, technology driven, construction firm focused on providing quality assurance/quality control special inspections and materials testing services on projects currently located in nevada. our headquarters is in las vegas, with our team having years of experience working on projects within the southwest region of the united states. iqc southwest's principal engineer, brian eller, p.e., asnt level iii, is a registered civil engineer in the states of california and nevada. he earned his bachelor of science in civil engineering from the georgia institute of technology in atlanta, ga. mr. eller has been involved exclusively in the operations and business development of special inspections and materials testing laboratories for nine years and has been in the construction industry for eleven years. mr. eller leads by example and is passionate about continued education and improving efficiency through technology to assist our clients with their ever changing need
