iqs engineering and consultancy services was founded by a. tevfik celepoven in 2001 after 20 years' combined experience as both ocean-going chief engineer and senior surveyor in american bureau of shipping. until 2020, primary service area of iqs was to provide engineering and consultancy services to shipbuilding and maritime industries. in 2020, burak celepoven joined the family business with 10 years' experience in finite element analysis at oil&gas industry with expertise in low/high temperature process equipment / pressure vessel design and analysis as well as marine equipment integration projects.
