iranian performing arts inc. (ipa) is a non-profit organization with a mission to preserve the diverse cultures of iran through dance and the associated music. we travel across iran and collect the dance and music of each region in order to generate archives and performances based on authentic dances that originate from various iranian cultures. our efforts build bridges between iranians, and iranians and non-iranians alike. we strive to generate an image of iran that positively, and accurately, reflects this vast land, with its cultures that date back millennia.
