iranian scientific association of public administration (isapa) plays its role as a center for the formation and promoting public administration knowledge in the various areas including human resource management, organizational behavior, reform policies, state capability building, e-governance, public policy, and etc. by considering interdisciplinary approach and adopting comparative studies. the main aim of establishing the isapa is improving iranian’s welfare through promoting iran’s government capabilities and designing public policy supporting systems based on a network of elites and professionals in the fields of public administration, public policy, human resource management, and organizational behavior.
