Iratik Dance Theatre

iratik dance theatre (idt) was founded in 2008 by artistic director david watson and is based in london. idt was created with a vision to fuse outstanding contemporary dance with an assortment of disciplines such as visual arts, photography, media and technology. idt create bold, vibrant and modern work that stimulate the senses and promotes excellence in dance. our aim is to produce high-quality performance art that is engaging, entertaining and inspirational. we do this by collaborating with world-class choreographers, new creative talent and innovative dancers. idt provides opportunities for people of all ages to engage with the company and our art-form through our annual performances and participation programme. we work closely with schools, colleges and universities to deliver masterclasses, workshops and residences that provide participants with enriching learning experiences.
