irawo by aduke is a hand-dyed textile design brand that specialises in the manufacturing and retailing of hand-dyed fabrics. our niche is storytelling through the ancient arts of tie and dye, and batik, called 'adire' in yoruba language. our product range is beautiful hand-dyed designs on all kinds of fabrics from cotton, to brocade, chiffon, silk, crepe and linen. we create a colourful infusion of traditional afrocentric fashion and contemporary fashion. we also produce adire ready-to-wear, and adire merchandise such as t-shirts, headbands, and scarfs. we are known for creating adire that is colour-fast (fade/bleeding proof), and for our excellent customer service. we believe in the beauty of african fashion, we believe in excellence, integrity, respect and hardwork; and these values are embodied in our adire, as well as our customer service.
