irc is a producer, developer and explorer of iron ore and other industrial commodities products. our products are predominantly sold to the local market, european and south east asian customers involved in steel making, but also to a variety of other industries across the world. irc owns and operates projects in the russian far east, taking advantage of superior road, rail, energy and water infrastructure to deliver its products quickly and at low costs to its nearby customers in north-eastern china. in 2010 irc launched russia’s first vertically-integrated titanomagnetite plant into production, firmly positioning its place as an iron ore producer. currently, irc is developing its second operation, the world-class k&s mine a third iron ore project called garinskoye and a complementary vanadium processing plant in china’s heilongjiang province.
