irisfit is a specialist fitness company that delivers personal one to one training as well as group sessions to people with physical and/or learning difficulties. the aim of the sessions are not only to provide people with physical exercise but to also build on their self esteem and confidence. we integrate the combination of domiciliary care and personal fitness/lifestyle training into a person’s life. we are passionate about helping people and following a vast amount of research it has been concluded that disability fitness is an area in much need by the government as there are no real provisions locally that deal with the issues and concerns related to overweight and unhealthy disabled people. whether you want a few hours a month providing your child with a healthier feel on life and fun time or if you want to seriously improve your health with 2 half day sessions on a weekly or monthly basis including nutritional and lifestyle guidance managed through a personal budget; irisfit wil
