we aim to raise awareness and offer support for those diagnosed with and seeking a diagnosis of ehlers danlos syndrome (eds) and hypermobility spectrum disorder (hsd) in ireland. what is ehlers danlos syndrome and hypermobility spectrum disorder? eds and hsd are genetically inherited disorders that affect the connective tissue. our aim is to raise public awareness about ehlers danlos syndrome and hypermobility spectrum disorder including its comorbidities, and share information in the hope that more patients will receive the correct treatment and diagnosis. we also have a support group page for people with eds/hsd and their families. if you have or think you may have ehlers danlos syndrome or hypermobility spectrum disorder, you can request to join our online support group. if you wish to join the support group you can send us a message and we will get back to you regarding the criteria needed to do so.
