irish energy auditing commenced business in 2005 and is a professional impartial consultancy delivering energy audits and energy reduction services. we are fully registered by sustainable energy authority of ireland (seai) to produce building energy rating certificates on their behalf. we are committed to helping you to reduce the level of energy consumption within the home, office or retail environments. it is a legal requirement buildings will be required to have a valid energy certificate as defined by the energy building performance directive (ebpd). this legal certificate is valid for 10 years from the date of posting onto the national register and is required when a building is sold, rented or let. irish energy auditing’s staff are degree qualified auditors, who have studied thermodynamics, building services, architecture, project management, energy modelling and energy simulation.
