the irish movement academy believes that fitness should get you excited, it should get you pumped and you should leave with a sense of fulfillment. this is what we strive for each and every day. the tools we use to reach this status in each session are simple. we will teach you something new and we’ll do it often. we bring lots of experience from predominantly parkour but also gymnastics, yoga, power lifting and rugby. we will give you the knowledge to understand the principles in strength training, mobility and different movement patterns that you can forever develop in your own time. we will have a laugh. it may hurt from time to time but you’ll be smiling through the pain. if you believe in having a life full of variety and excitement and constant evolving and learning then trust me my friend you are in the right place.
