irish sea surveys is a family run company based in ardrahan in south co. galway. the mv tarrea queen is the vessel that has been used since it's inception to conduct tours and to assist in water surveys around the country. the mv tarrea queen is based out of the bustling galway city docks and also out of the scenic coastal village of kinvara on the galway/clare border close to the historic nature preserve of the burren in north clare. alongside the tour succesful water survey service we have provided thousands of delighted patrons wonderful scenic views from the sea on our sea tours throughout the years. fishing trips and dolphin watch tours are a particular favourite of the patrons. along with the mv tarrea queen we have a rigid inflatable boat or rib for short. the tms wavebreaker provides a wonderful high speed alternative to the usual water tour.
