Irl Men

we are brian, troy, and tom, (in real life (irl) men): a team of professional licensed therapists leading men's groups to support men's mental health. *we provide a supportive and challenging space for men to learn about themselves, improve their emotional intelligence, and up-level their communication skills. *in our groups, men practice real, direct, compassionate, reflective communication between each other as a way of learning about themselves and their relationships. *we are currently offering groups... = in-person in berkeley, california = online for anyone across california = online for anyone across the u.s. = online for asian american men in california * our groups consist of 4-8 members and meet weekly and ongoing for 90 min per week. most groups meet in the evening or afternoon. *some of our groups also include an annual weekend retreat where we meet up in person in a scenic locale in northern california for immersive group time. * our groups are open to anyone
