i.roc Wellbeing

i•roc wellbeing is an innovative approach to mental health and wellbeing developed in partnership between mental health practitioners at penumbra - a leading scottish mental health charity - and people who use services. it is validated by the university of abertay in dundee, scotland. the individual recovery outcomes counter (i•roc) is an outcome measurement tool created to measure the recovery journey of people who use services. it facilitates a conversation between the practitioner and the person using the service who carries out a self-assessment using the tool. to support recovery in different areas of the holistic measure, i•roc also includes access to resources from the hope toolkit and workshop plans for community mental health services. i•roc wellbeing delivers meaningful and measurable outcomes for organisations, for practitioners and for people who use services. it is already used widely across the uk, as well as in several services in the netherlands, spain, the usa, chile
