iron armour academy is a non for profit, christian values based organization. our goal is to help prepare and equip each athlete spiritually, physically and mentally to be the best athlete they can be on and off the field. our iron armour academy training program which runs throughout the spring/summer offseason/preseason, provides sports specific skills and fitness training and advice that will help the athlete be the best they can be on the field. off the field we also run our 'in da grid ' bible study/connect program which runs throughout the year where we provide prayer, group and one on one mentoring support for all athletes. in addition, we also run group fitness training for men and women, and fun skills/fitness training programs for younger kids - suitable for the whole family! please contact us for more info or check out our website / facebook page for current news & updates.
