Iron Yoga

created and founded in 2005 by nationally ranked ironman triathlete and multisport coach, anthony carillo, while training and racing for ironman triathlons, iron yoga is a challenging and intense full body workout utilizing dumbbells for upper body weight training exercises, while performing a series of power yoga poses for the core and lower body strength. it is our mission to teach others the fundamentals, principles, technique and format of the iron yoga practice so that they can master the skills, become a certified iron yoga teacher, and safely teach iron yoga to their students, with integrity, professionalism and positive energy.
