we provide global solutions for: (1) business process outsourcing (bpo), including call centers, technical support and back-office paperwork, to underserved small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as to private equity and venture capital investors in such enterprises; and (2) legal process, electronic discovery and research outsourcing (lpo), including document review, contract management, litigation and corporate drafting, and forensics investigations, to law firms, corporate departmentsl and consultants we act in effect as broker-dealers of outsourcing services, with both customers and suppliers located all over the world. we maintain the same or higher quality, while cutting back-office and legal processing costs in about half. our services decrease operating expenses and increase cash flow, thereby improving the internal rate of return (irr) on capital investments. we do not seek to eliminate or replace our customers'​ processing staff, but to supplement them. customers should
