the international relations student association at york at glendon (irsay at glendon) is a federally incorporated non-profit organization which aspires to cultivate the diplomatic, networking, and leadership abilities of students with a passion for contemporary issues and diplomacy. irsay at glendon is the nato division of irsay and provides its members the ability to publish their critical analysis of nato's actions, passed resolutions, current operations, and so forth. its main objective is to train its members on mnato style debating protocol and diplomacy, and to give them the opportunity to attend national and international conferences to strengthen their diplomacy and networking skills. irsay at glendon offers young leaders a bilingual experience of the nato community with training sessions, languages and conferences offered in both english and french.
