working with private clients and companies helping them to develop or refine a vision, applying my knowledge of design. providing computer drawings to other designers. ⋅ prepare detailed documents with written outlines of the central design concept as well as descriptions of the aesthetic for each category of finish and fixture, supplemented with images to illustrate. ⋅ participate in client and designer meetings to discuss aesthetic style, functional requirements and budget. ⋅ provide an interior specifications document noting finishes & fixtures. ⋅ deliver project management services. ⋅ research, plan and submit permit applications. ⋅ conduct color consultations. ⋅ undertake furniture selection and design. ⋅ develop complete drawings from conceptual sketches. ⋅ take site measurements for existing floor/site plans. ⋅ manage marketing strategies, brand development, social media promotions and networking.
