we create cassava coconut based plant based meats innovating and revolutionizing the the meat industry with products like cassava pepperoni, smoky bacon cubes. fish has always been central in our caribbean upbringing and we are pioneering this plant based seafood industry with our plant based fish (patent pending). with our diverse portfolio we are also make instant pancake mixes with cassava flour along with mac and cheese powdered mixes for the evolving vegan diet. after going vegan in 2006 taymer wrote the best selling cookbook caribbean vegan and spent the first five years of her career promoting the vegan diet across the world. growing up in barbados taymer realised that cassava, breadfruit and other tropical fruits and vegetables were under utilized and in 2016 developed the prototype of a plant based protein powered by cassava and coconut. after relocating in the uk in 2019 mason wanted to bring these innovative products to the market along with her husband ramon marshall.
