stand up paddleboarding (sup) is the currently the fastest growing water sport in the world, and for good reason. it is an amazing way to strengthen your core, while either quietly exploring our local coastline, venturing off on extended adventures, ripping it up in the swells out on long beach, or even bringing a twist to your yoga practice (what will they think of next) all with minimal equipment… just a paddle, leash and a board! island sup is an authorized dealer for starboard, surftech and rogue sups. although we plan to start selling boards and gear, this year our main focus will be getting folks stoked with clinics, lessons, rentals and some fun paddling events. check in as we will be offering introductory and advanced (paddle canada certified) lessons, paddling clinics, rentals, and demos.
