calendargrads is brought to you by isotopes innovation ltd, a dynamic not-for-profit company run by young and passionate science and engineering graduates. we believe the science, engineering and technology (set) industries are essential for solving some of the world’s greatest challenges, as well as being vital to the uk’s economy. however, in a set work force of 5 million in the uk, only 14% are women. this gender imbalance is depriving our industry of a wealth of talented and innovative workers. the problem is highlighted further in higher education, by the fact that only 30% of female set graduates actively pursue a career in set industries. our mission is to target the 70% of female graduates who turn away from science, engineering & technology, and show them that this area does provide a career worth pursuing. we believe that calendargrads will do this. calendargrads comprises an exciting and informative campaign with a free academic calendar featuring inspirational female scient
