the israel center for excellence through education was established in 1987. the center for excellence is an organization dedicated to a paradigm shift in the delivery of education to bright and excelling students, and to all children. through stimulating educational programs, teacher training and curriculum development, and a progressive high school, we promote excellence as a life-long value. the center for excellence’s goal is to foster the concepts of leadership, excellence and public responsibility throughout the entire educational community. the israel center for excellence through education achieves its educational goals through a variety of programs, including: the israel arts and science academy (iasa), the excellence educators institute (eei), the excellence 2000 program, the virtual learning center, and the worldwide web of excellence.
