we are 24 students graduating from two very innovative courses in the school of art & design here in salford, ba design futures, and ba design management for the creative industries. our courses are about developing design processes to impact upon a range of problems by generating innovative responses. each of us will be seeking different types of jobs within the creative sector when we graduate in june, and we are developing a product in the market which will explain something of what we do, and its relevance to the creative sector. what we are producing over the next six weeks has three major components; 1. a 40-page, professionally printed, newspaper the content of which will be drawn from the 24 different issues we are investigating in our final major projects. 5,000 copies to be distributed. 2. an integrated website to enlarge upon the work we do, utilising an app to drive engagement and interaction 3. an industry ‘debate’ event on the evening of tuesday 10th may 2011 with an invi
