Istanbul PPP Center of Excellence (Pppcoe)

the istanbul public-private partnership center of excellence (pppcoe), located in istanbul/turkey, was founded in 2015. it is an association that leads ppp advisory services and provides capacity building. it works with governments, corporations, multilateral institutions, financial entities and international companies. istanbul pppcoe provides technical and strategic assistance in the fields of necessary policies, laws, regulations, institutions, public and private sector capacities. besides the istanbul pppcoe organizes training programs to contribute capacity development of public officials, sector representatives and financiers who want to improve their career planning in ppp field. istanbul pppcoe will organize annually the “istanbul ppp week” which will take place in november during the 1st week starting with a monday. the week covers trainings, discussions, knowledge and experience sharing as well as networking opportunities. in addition to that istanbul pppcoe organizes busines
