strike is based on the best self defense practices & techniques from various forms of martial arts including kali, krav maga, silat, wing chun etc. unlike judo, karate, taekwondo etc, strike training is not intended as a recreational sport, but is solely for the purpose of defending oneself against unforeseen circumstances. our instructors have successfully trained the nsg (national security guard), sky marshals, ghatak unit of the army, bsf , crpf, itbp, ssb, and other paramilitary forces. with the help of this training program, we empower and enable children to protect themselves against real life scenarios such as sexual assaults, kidnapping, molestation, bullying etc. the basic aim of this program is to train them to fight back every assault and harassment and this is possible by making them learn the self defense routine. strike is a stairway to give our future women the freedom to move fearlessly confident in every corner of the world.
