formerly known as technical response team, we launched in 1996 with the aim of delivering it services concentrating mainly on the small to medium size business community. since the launch technical response rapidly became a market leader in their field, focusing on high levels of service backed by a management team having over many years combined experience.from july 2008 we became known as it first in order to reflect our expanding portfolio of services as we entered into a sponsorship agreement with brighton & hove albion fc – to become the clubs shirt sponsor.our success has grown through developing relationships with clients, by listening to their needs and developing a strategic partnership providing ongoing support either onsite or by our help desk. our aim is to become the source for all our clients needs whether it is a piece of hardware or a fully managed global network.looking to the future, it first's goal is for continued growth, maintaining our unrivaled quality of service
