this page is all about my company which i have set up to enable me to be self employed. i have worked in it support for 15 years across all areas such as remote support, desktop support, network support, project planning and contracting work on large projects. our company aim is to provide a service that is wholly done face-to-face real people talking to real people, not via remote control or remote support. sure this does not make economical sense, but i personally believe that people still like people to help them and not a voice at the end of a phone line that goes click-click-click done. for more information please check out our web site.
