the company began life as friendly computer coaching & problem solving specialising in one-on-one computer training with microsoft windows, excel and word and solving various problems people had with their computers. one area of work at this early stage was updating websites. building websites followed in 2001. updating and building access databases was another field of work. in 2007, seo services were added to the list of things the company was involved with. in 2013 the company changed its name to it wollongong. today seo is probably the most important part of the business.
