ithemba for girls trust is an ngo that is passionate about working with girls from all over zimbabwe to complete their education by reducing dropout rates, especially in rural areas. we work to enhance the capacity of girls to withstand challenges that disrupt their successful academic journey. we also work to raise their self-confidence, self-esteem and give them a voice to articulate their aspirations. we empower them to have ambition, set and acquire positive goals for themselves and aspire to take leadership roles in the development of their communities.
