the institute for social thrusts (ithrust) is a social enterprise in the provision of education and skill development to benefit ex-offenders, young prisoners, youth at risk, the elderly and the low-income earners. our social mission is to: providing ex-offenders a new start in life with a meaningful career (raising up ex-offenders to help ex-offenders) providing education and skill development giving hope and stability of employment to ex-offenders, young prisoners, youth at risk, the elderly, and the low-income earners. 1) we offer career coaching certifications, mentor coaching packages for leaders and trainers who aspire to pick up coaching skills to enhance their professional and personal lives 2) we conduct a wide range of wsq courses that mainly focuses on entrepreneurship, job hunting, and leadership skills.
