the itp gmbh - company for intelligent textile products - was founded in 2001 in chemnitz. one year later the branch establishment in weimar opened. our goal is the customer-oriented development of textile products with additional innovative functions in the field of smart textiles. during the process we try to stay as close to textile materials as possible. we work interdisciplinarily, opnely and creatively. our staff stems from various engineering fields like textile technology, mechanical engineering, material science, chemistry, mechatronics and electronics. we attend to customers from various industrial sectors like the textile and automotive industry, medical engineering, sports and wellness.
