our mission is to teach 1 million people to self manage their mental wellbeing. this prevention is better than cure strategy promotes positive mental and physical action, by teaching their employees how to self manage their mental wellbeing. this helps them become more productive to the pressures of work and become more resilient to adversities in life. we do this through a premium subscription service to provide quality video content like mood boosts, daily routine and self help sessions from the panel experts.
