it's what's next it is the uk's first it support company that happens to be a social enterprise. we provide managed it support services to small and medium sized businesses in milton keynes and the surrounding area. our goal is to provide proactive, reliable, it services to business owners and their teams — we strive to make it "fade into the background", making it a reliable feature of your business that's only there to support your day-to-day work. it shouldn't be fussy or expensive — it should "just work". what makes us special is that, as a social enterprise, we employ people who are traditionally disadvantaged in the workforce, e.g. care leavers, ex-services personnel, neurodiverse individuals, and so on. we bring vulnerable people into the business as apprentices. we provide that individual with a safe space to learn about it, and to recover from the challenges they've faced, and we pay them a living wage. after this, we offer them two years training to turn them into exception
