Itty Bitty Yogis

introducing itty bitty yogis! our yoga-inspired play curriculum helps children discover yoga through games, stories, and poses. this is not your typical yoga class! we will run, jump and downward dog before we end each session with stretching and mindfulness exercises. the majority of our classes are held in childcare centers, preschools or elementary schools as enrichment programs. current programs include: - infant yoga (in childcare center) - parent/child infant yoga classes - preschool yoga and mindfulness - elementary yoga and mindfulness - yoga takes over the classroom special programs - yoga-play private events and birthday parties itty bitty yogis was founded by connie mattox and katie cooke in richmond, virginia.
